Accumate is an advanced fully automatic battery charger and maintainer for all 6 volt and 12 volt lead acid batteries, including both conventional and fully sealed starter batteries, GEL starter and power support batteries. Accumate charges at 1.2 Amp constant current until the sensed voltage rises to 14.3 Volt ( just below gassing), then maintains this voltage until the current drawn by the battery has fallen to 200 mA. The voltage is then limited to 13.6 Volt for medium term battery maintainance, during which the current drawn by the battery is continuously monitored, and if this exceeds 200mA at any time, the main charging program will be re-started. Accumate is therefore ideally suited also for battery power support applications.
This charger is capable of charging both 6 Volt and 12 Volt batteries. So is both ideal for old school classic british bikes / old vespa/ Lambretta scooters.
