Delivery Policy

The maximum carriage charge for on-line orders is £4-95 or FREE carriage on orders over £100!!(Carriage will initially be added to your order, but is refunded back to your card next working day). 2 day delivery is usually the maximum time from you ordering goods to receiving them, please allow for weekends when carriers do not work. In most cases we will hopefully deliver to you in 48 hours. If you have any queries on deliveries etc please call 01226 203377 and ask for Chris or Scott or e-mail info@rondaleyscooters.co.uk. We will always do our best to help you out!!

Please Note, at the moment we only ship to UK mainland and Northern Ireland(N Ireland subject to £6-50 surcharge). Channel Islands are classed as International and are priced at £20. Please ring before ordering.

Delivery of new scooters is done by our own van service and will be arranged for you when payment is complete. All new scooters must be delivered to the applicants registered home address, delivery times can be arranged to your convenience and will be carried out as soon as possible.
