As an authorised Piaggio dealer, we’ve obviously got access to every component that’s available from the factory. So, if you ride one of the most modern Vespa models we’ve either got it in stock or can order it especially for you. Admittedly, the prices may be slightly higher than those supplied via on-line selling platforms, but when it comes to quality we won't be beaten. After all, no-one likes an unscheduled breakdown because a poorly manufactured part has given up the ghost way before its life expectancy.
When it comes to classic models, we specialise in the PX range and probably have one of the largest ‘off the shelf’ range of parts for these iconic models in the UK, and possibly Europe. Although it’s almost a decade since the last new PX left our showroom, Piaggio still holds a surprising amount of PX spares in their inventory. One of the most intriguing parts of our job is scanning the on-line Piaggio catalogue for obscure parts. Whether they commission short runs of parts that are in demand, or they simply find a box full of New Old Stock in the back of a warehouse, there are often some gems that appear, and quickly disappear again. Our job is to get in there quickly, and secure the best deals we can for you. Right now we can offer everything from a NOS PX frame to an original grub screw for the ignition switch! All of these parts are easily identifiable on our exploded views or spares search area by the Piaggio symbol.
Unfortunately, some components have been unavailable for years and in that case we use our international network of contacts to track down the original supplier and get them to dust off their tooling. A good example of this are PX speedos and drive belts for the early Quasar engines, both of which we can offer direct from stock. We’re so proud of these parts that we list them under the Ron Daley brand.
As regular visitors to our showroom will know, our premises have been undergoing refurbishment for some time now. Whilst that’s made for a much more user friendly showroom, we’ve also created more space for our parts and dispatch departments. We’re confident to say that if it’s marked on our website as in stock, then it is; and if it's marked as an original Piaggio component that’s exactly what we’ll supply.
With regular deliveries from suppliers such as SIP and Scooter Centre, we can also order in anything from their catalogues. Just contact our sales team and they’ll be pleased to help, providing a price that won’t include any hidden shipping or customs fees.
