BGM Original Vespa Steering Locking Nut Kit T5 MK1, Cosa, PK XL2
The handlebars have a steel handlebar under their plastic cover. This is screwed directly onto the fork from above using a nut (similar to the headset lock nut). This was mostly seen on the T5 MK1's and some of the PK models that were available at the time.
