How to know if you have worn Gear? Too much side to side movement on the driveshaft when the gear is fitted can be a good sign of wear on the gears and the driveshaft. High mileage and harsh gear changes can cause quite a few issues on the gearbox. ADVICE We would recommend gapping the axle before refitting the scooter!
Always check you have fitted the drive the right way round!
